Meet Nilotpoul Deka, co-founder of Greenfield Solutions from Tinsukia, Assam. After completing his schooling in Duliajan, he pursued his Class 11 and 12 at Saltbrook Academy in Dibrugarh. He holds a B.Tech from Jorhat Engineering College and is currently working towards his M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering at Assam Engineering College. Nilotpoul excels in managing operations and HR at Greenfield Solutions and has a passion for exploring Assam's beauty, art, and culture.

Rajdeep Dhar, a co-founder of Greenfield Solutions, hails from Dibrugarh, Assam. His educational journey began at Don Bosco School in Dibrugarh, followed by Class 11 and 12 at Saltbrook Academy, alongside Nilotpoul Deka. Like his co-founders, he completed his B.Tech from Jorhat Engineering College. Rajdeep is currently the Social Media Manager at Greenfield, and also he oversees all marketing initiatives. 

He also currently leads Greenfield's project management consultancy unit at Nalbari.
